Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities | Customer Engagement & Technical Advisory: - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their technical requirements and aligning solutions to their business objectives.
- Lead discovery sessions to assess client needs, develop roadmaps, and create high-impact solutions.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company capabilities.
Solution Architecture & Design: - Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures for DevOps, Migration/Modernization, Compliance, and Managed Services solutions.
- Develop and present architecture diagrams, documentation, and solution blueprints to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define best practices and ensure seamless implementation.
Pre-Sales & Business Development Support: - Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
- Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and solution demonstrations to validate customer requirements.
- Help craft technical proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and cost estimates.
Technical Leadership & Innovation: - Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing, DevOps, and enterprise modernization.
- Advocate for best practices in cloud architecture, security, and automation.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions with internal teams to drive technical excellence.
Collaboration & Teamwork: - Work closely with Account Executives, Technical Account Engagement Managers, Migration Leads, and Professional Services teams to drive customer success.
- Partner with Managed Services and Engineering teams to ensure smooth transitions from architecture to implementation.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical growth.
