Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team as part of our customer-centric model, aligning with our focus on DevOps, Migration/Modernization, Compliance, and Managed Services. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, designing and delivering innovative solutions that align with their business needs. This position will play a critical role in driving strategic technical engagements, pre-sales architecture, and hands-on solution implementation.

Customer Engagement & Technical Advisory:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their technical requirements and aligning solutions to their business objectives.
  • Lead discovery sessions to assess client needs, develop roadmaps, and create high-impact solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company capabilities.

Solution Architecture & Design:

  • Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures for DevOps, Migration/Modernization, Compliance, and Managed Services solutions.
  • Develop and present architecture diagrams, documentation, and solution blueprints to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define best practices and ensure seamless implementation.

Pre-Sales & Business Development Support:

  • Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
  • Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and solution demonstrations to validate customer requirements.
  • Help craft technical proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and cost estimates.

Technical Leadership & Innovation:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing, DevOps, and enterprise modernization.
  • Advocate for best practices in cloud architecture, security, and automation.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions with internal teams to drive technical excellence.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work closely with Account Executives, Technical Account Engagement Managers, Migration Leads, and Professional Services teams to drive customer success.
  • Partner with Managed Services and Engineering teams to ensure smooth transitions from architecture to implementation.
  • Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical growth.
 

About the Candidate:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Basic

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, cloud computing, or DevOps engineering.
  • Proven expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architectures.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and cloud governance.
  • Experience in cloud migration and modernization strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in pre-sales engineering and developing SOWs and technical proposals.


 

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Architect certification.
  • Experience working in a consulting, managed services, or professional services environment.
  • Deep understanding of cost optimization strategies and FinOps principles.
  • Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven computing.
  • Familiarity with common enterprise services (Directory Services, Information Assurance, Virtual Desktop, etc.), products (i.e., Oracle, SAP), and frameworks (ITIL, Zachman, TOGAF, etc.)
